Over the last 25 years, we have built or converted over 120 properties, each of which is individually designed.

Quality of construction is ensured by the in-house managment of all phases of each project. We employ our own workforce of skilled tradesmen (so have little need to sub-contract), and operate our own joinery workshop to meet our needs for doors, windows, stairs and cabinet work.

Furthermore, all houses are covered by a 10 year Zurich Insurance guarantee.
